The Importance Of a Colon Cleanse

The health and vitality of the body largely depends on the lung and complete removal of toxins from the intestinal tract. Most physical problems are caused by the accumulation of slags, which can first accumulate in the colon, commonly called the colon, and then spread to other parts of the body such as the liver, kidneys, heart and heart, stomach. Light…

When you eat highly processed foods that lack most of the nutrients, natural fiber and vitality, the muscles around the colon have a hard time digesting partially digested food mass. When this substance stays in the colon for too long, it becomes firmer and drier. Waste that has accumulated or is stuck in the colon may include contaminated faeces, hardened mucus, dead cells, bacteria, parasites and various other toxins. These toxins can enter the bloodstream and lymphatic system, making you feel tired, lazy or sick. Other common complaints related to the colon include constipation, diarrhea, bloating, headache, dizziness, nausea, sinusitis, vision and hearing problems, back pain, bad breath, body odor and nervous system disorders. Chronic situations are a common cause of colon cancer.

A healthy colon absorbs water, minerals and other nutrients. However, when the membrane of the colon is affected by plaque, it cannot properly assimilate and absorb these minerals and nutrients. As a result, the body will begin to suffer from a nutrient deficiency. Most diseases are actually deficit disorders. They occur when certain parts of the body are malnourished, especially minerals. The most common cause of malnutrition is intestinal obstruction. Simply put, a clean colon is a prerequisite for a healthy body.

Hydrotherapy of the colon

Colon hydrotherapy, also called colon irrigation or simply “colon,” is perhaps one of the most effective treatments for the colon. In a short period of time, the colonist can remove large amounts of trapped waste, which may take several years to accumulate. During the colon hydrotherapy session for 40-50 minutes, only 2-6 liters of distilled water are used for soft washing of the colon. Light massage of the abdomen during the colon thins the old deposits of hardened mucus and feces, and then washes off with water.

The colon not only removes harmful and toxic waste, but also strengthens, moisturizes and rejuvenates its muscles. Re-intake and release of water improves peristaltic function of the colon and reduces the passage time of the stool. In addition, colon irrigation helps to restore the natural shape of the colon and stimulates reflex points that connect the colon with all parts of the body. This form of colon cleansing can remove old struts from the walls of the colon, which contributes to better absorption of water and hydration of the colon and the body as a whole. However, it may take at least 2-3 sessions in the colon for these last benefits to work.

During the colon, you can sometimes feel a slight discomfort when large amounts of toxic waste are separated from the intestinal wall and enter the rectum. However, the feeling of lightness, purity and clarity of mind soon after more than compensates for any feeling of slight discomfort.

Colon washing can also help with emotional problems. It is no accident that the transverse colon passes through the solar plexus, the emotional center of the body. Most of our unresolved or “undigested” emotional problems are stored in the solar plexus and cause contraction of the muscles of the colon. This can slow down the emptying of the intestines and cause constipation. Colic can help remove the physical obstacle and relieve the tension that primarily caused emotional suppression.

Cleansing of the colon is better to carry out at an empty stomach or at least 2-3 hours after eating. It is good then to drink 1-2 cups of water and eat the fruit, or after half an hour freshly cooked juice. The first or both meals after treatment should be easy. After the colon, the stool naturally recovers after about two days. If it takes longer, it means that the colon has accumulated a large amount of waste over the years without need. In this case, more colonies are recommended to remove the remnants of accumulated slags.

Today, different types of colon hydrotherapy systems are used, but they all perform the same function. Professional colon therapists are trained from a variety of sources, but there are no universal standards or licensing programs. The cost of a colon hydrotherapy session varies greatly, but a typical hour-long session is between $50 and $75.
